Global women leaders – addressing the challenge to advance women’s leadership ​in medicine


The next RCP Global Stories webinar will mark International Women’s Day and will feature a panel discussion, chaired by Dr Mumtaz Patel, RCP global vice president. The discussion will explore the practical and social challenges to the advancement of women’s leadership in medicine, the enabling factors that have helped the speakers career progression so far and the importance of building resilience through role modelling, mentorship, leadership training, building networks and support from others.
